In "BMW Rusland Trading" decided to transfer to an electronic form of the invoice and laid on TORG-12. At the same time several aims were pursued. First, to lower costs. Printing and delivery by the courier in the dealer center of one document package cost the company approximately in i580. If made corrections to them, sending repeated, and the cost of this set doubled. Secondly, it was necessary to accelerate document flow. Paper documents it was necessary to print, send, wait when the dealer signs them and will return. The full stroke of document flow took with time more than two weeks. As a result through it adjustment invoices and laid on TORG-12 are unloaded in the EDMS and converted from the Excel format into the XML format. In "Diadoc" documents are automatically distributed on boxes of dealers. The accountant needs only to use function of the mass signature. At the same time on sending more than 3 thousand documents leave no more than 30 minutes, noted in the company.
