CTI increased efficiency of employees Home Credit

January 14, 2015. The CTI company announced project completion on implementing solution for effective joint work, considerably optimizing employees productivity of Home Credit Bank.

Project Progress

In the project progress the Cisco Jabber service integrating in the single interface all available applications for communication and the advanced functionality of business communications allowing the customer to use was implemented.

Thanks to implementation of this project the customer received a number of the benefits optimizing business processes in the company – internal communication between employees of the bank accelerated and became simpler, search of contacts was significantly facilitated. In a uniform personal communicator, available on different platforms (Windows, iOS, Android, Mac OS), with ability to integrate with the MS Office applications, all range of services of unified communications is available now:

• providing shared access to a desktop.
