The first BIT automated management of finance at the New Angarsk enrichment plant

January 15, 2015. The First BIT company announced creation of the automation system of management of finance in New Angarsk Enrichment Plant LLC.

A new system on the basis of the BIT .FINANS programs. Prof and already used at plant "1C: Accounting 8" allowed the management of the New Angarsk enrichment plant to obtain quickly managerial data in all necessary analytical cuts and several times to reduce labor costs by accounting and creation of the reporting. In total within the project more than 50 jobs are automated.

Project Progress

Specialists of the First BIT conducted preproject examination and business process modeling in a new information system, to a vnedriliprogramm of BIT .FINANS. Prof also integrated it with "1C: Accounting 8", trained users in work in a system and also finished report forms on the set formats of the corporate reporting.

Result

In a project deliverable the New Angarsk enrichment plant automated planning process of budgets plannings is conducted according to several scenarios in necessary analytical cuts, comparison of planned data according to scenarios is made ("operational" and "strategic plans"). Also at the enterprise process of formation of requests for a funds expenditure is automated that allows to make validation of the choice of managerial article at a stage of formation of payment and to control budget implementation of cash flow (BDDS).

Earlier planning and formation of budgets at plant was made using spreadsheets of Excel. The management reporting on all legal entities entering into group monthly was formed on the basis of the analysis of databases of accounting.
