The Best holding automated work of a warehouse

On January 16, 2015 the Solvo company announced project completion on automation of a warehouse of trade and production holding "Best".

Project Tasks

At construction of a warehouse the customer - Best, set the tasks to provide fast, the uninterrupted and comfortable course of warehouse processes for complete satisfaction of clients. Proceeding from an assigned task, the decision on class WMS system implementation - Solvo.WMS for 3PL-operators was made.

Project Progress

The warehouse is equipped with the six-level rack systems, there is a park of the handling equipment, the premises osnashchyono three cameras with different temperature conditions for storage of food.

By means of the configured rules and the strategy of placement in the Solvo.WMS system, goods flows are automatically distributed on a warehouse not only depending on the bailor, but also taking into account temperature condition, rules of compatibility of loads, maintenance of a stock of goods on selection tiers.

In the order of boxes and pieces of certain goods in a warehouse use the mechanism of "channels of selection" which is configured and controlled with Solvo.WMS help to operational selection.

The module of graphic display and editing topology of the warehouse Solvo.WTM helps warehouse managers of Best to browse in real time filling of racks, hierarchy of zones, real location of operators of RDT, the operating tasks, to control initial and endpoints of works, to quickly find a commodity remaining balance using filters.

For January 20, 2015 the integrated module Solvo.BS automating settlement process of cost of the rendered services of safe custody works in the mode of test operation.

Project Results

With Solvo.WMS system implementation, the customer automated all key warehouse transactions using the wearable and mounted in cabins loaders of the data collection terminals of the brand of Motorola provided by Solvo company. In addition, automation of settlement process of cost of the rendered services depending on a rate comes to the end.
