Project Results

The airport selected the innovation way of development, implementing the cost-efficient cloud technology of development of Amadeus allowing to accelerate transition to the A-CDM standard.

In 8 weeks access to the portal was got by 300 users. Through Amadeus A-CDM Gatvik will service up to 55 runs per hour on one of the most loaded runways. According to estimates, it will allow the airport to increase a passenger traffic of one runway by 2 million people.

The purpose of implementation of the A-CDM standard – to integrate an ecosystem of the airport (airport services, airlines, hendlingovy operators and dispatching services) for achievement of effective and transparent interaction and timely providing relevant information. It will provide the best air traffic management, will allow to minimize delays of runs and to increase capacity of the airport, to offer passengers higher level of service due to integrated approach to the organization

The Amadeus A-CDM portal provides complex display of the status of all airport transactions taking into account information on runs, data on passengers and other parameters in real time. Beforehand – in three-four hours – a system can foresee possible failures in the schedule and define what flight can be delayed to propose solutions which would provide a timely departure from Gatvik even if run arrived with a delay. In the presence of exact data airport services will be able quickly to solve the arising problems.
