Rosreestr starts creation of a digital resource of cadastral affairs

On January 21, 2015 it became known of the project of supply of equipment from ELAR Corporation for Rosreestr, within the project of creation of the digital resource of state structure containing cadastral affairs and affairs of documents of title on the Planskan ELAR platform of A2B.

Project Progress

Rosreestr purchased the equipment for creation of the digital resource containing cadastral affairs and affairs of documents of title. "Planskan" scanners are delivered in Territorial Departments of department of eighteen regions of five federal districts of Russia.

Transfer to an electronic form of cadastral affairs and affairs of documents of title is provided by the actions plan within the Federal target program "Development of a Uniform State Recording System of the Rights and Cadastral Registration of the Real Estate" (2014-2019).

The subsequent loading of a digital resource in the centralized electronic archive storage created by forces of the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications and federal state unitary enterprise Scientific Research Institute Voskhod is supposed.

Getting access to a digital resource the state registrars will process the arriving exterritorial requests in any point of Russia that will significantly increase efficiency of Rosreestr and quality of the public services provided to citizens.
