Rosinzhiniring (1C: Enterprise 8.0)

January 21, 2015. The First BIT company announced project completion on automation of managerial financial control of an uchetaa for "Rosinzhiniringa" – the company which is engaged in development and implementation of construction projects.

Project Progress

Especially for the project employees of the First BIT developed the accounting methodology which considerably simplified process of drawing up different forms of the reporting (managerial, accounting).

In particular, in hodesovmestny works specialists of the First BIT and "Rosinzhiniringa" automated management of budget process and money and also implemented a method of double record for conducting management accounting thanks to what it was succeeded to reduce time for preparation of financial statements. As a result the management of "Rosinzhiniringa" receives more complete internal reports in which all necessary information, including data on mutual settlings with suppliers and customers and also on work in progress is reflected. Creation of a common information space excludes inconsistency of data which could be caused by the different periods of closing in accounting and managerial accounting earlier.

Result

As a result of the performed works the First BIT automated 30 jobs of the customer in the cities of St. Petersburg and Sochi (settlement of Krasnaya Polyana) and helped Rosinzhiniringu to reduce labor costs at business management and calculation of budget indicators. The Rosinzhiniringa automation system is constructed based on the specialized solution of the First BIT for management of finance of BIT. FINANCE.Holding integrated with the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management program.
