The Avancore company executed installation of a system "Avancore: Automation of accounting of Trust management" in Idzhi Capital Partners Ltd

The number of agreements on automation – 10 Works on installation and setup of the program are executed in 2014.

Main objectives of automation:

  • Automate accounting of securities
  • Automate accounting of procedural transactions
  • Automate formation of the regulated reporting
  • Unloading of data for e-document flow

As the solution the software product "Avancore was selected: Automation of accounting of Trust management", allowing a message separate managerial, tax and accounting accounting; the chart of accounts optimized under tasks of DU (with a possibility of accounting of c / on storage locations); the separate customer accounting (NPF, PFRF, mutual fund, UK, legal / individuals) by agreements with clients.

A system is capable to create the following reports: Report on investment of means of PN (order 06-48/pz-n of 5/16/06); The Income statement from investment of means of PN (order 06-48/pz-n of 5/16/06); Calculation of NAV and RSA in which means of PN are invested; Balance; Profit and loss statement; Operations statement for the period (transactions, transactions for the period); Report on structure and asset cost; Report on structure and asset cost; The Detailed report about structure and asset cost; The Detailed report about structure and asset cost on lots; The Report on structure and asset cost for calculation of the PIT; Activities report of the managing director (07-37/pz-n); The Certificate of income and expenses for accounting and tax accounting; Accounting reports: turnover balance sheet, account card, account analysis and ave.; Automatic reminders on commission of necessary transactions in a system.
