Content

1C goes to banks

1C prepares a line of the industry solutions intended especially for use in the banking sector, representatives of the company in June, 2015 told TAdviser. Among them – solutions for management of finance of bank, budgeting, accounting on MSFO,CRM for banks and also the solution for the analysis of partners.

1C involves the partners in the scheme in creation of these solutions "jointly": the company announces the corresponding competition on development for participation in which partners submit applications. The ready-made product then enters a product line of 1C, explained in the company.

Demand for the industry solutions for banks in 1C is expected in small and medium-sized credit institutions

(Together with IT Capital company), the solution "1C became the first, basic industry product for banks released 1C according to such scheme: Administrative activity of bank" (1S:AHD of Bank) which sales started at the beginning of 2015. It is intended for the organization of accounting and management of administrative activity of the credit institutions using the chart of accounts of accounting regulated by the resolution of the Central Bank of Russian Federation No. 385-P.

When developing this solution project experience of implementations in such banks as Gazprombank,St. Petersburg bank,Leto Bank(VTB Group),GE Money Bank, "IKANO Finance" (FG IKEA),"Societe Generale Vostok Bank" (BSGV), Fundament-Bank and others was considered.

The main potential customers of the mass, drawing industry solutions for banks in 1C see several hundred banks which are not entering TOP 100 of the largest in Russia. According to the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, as of June 1, 2015 like those there are about 700.

At the same time in banks of the first hundred implementation of projects based on industry solutions can take place too, are sure of 1C. In particular, from large banks such large banks as Gazprombank, St. Petersburg Bank, Moscow Industrial Bank, etc. already use products of 1C.

The representative of IT Capital told TAdviser that for several months, from the moment of an output "1S:AHD of Bank" on the market, in a segment of small credit institutions there are stable sales of this solution. Gazprombank became the first large bank which implemented at itself a new solution.

1C notes that some of its standard solutions are already used in many banks as well are suitable for automation of a number of areas in these organizations and without completions under industry specifics. One of them in the company call the solution for payroll calculation and personnel management.

In a conversation with TAdviser the representative of 1C also noted that demand for solutions of their company gradually grows in banking sector, explaining it with the fact that the 1C: Enterprise platform is improved and becomes capable to process the increasing and large volumes of data.

About a system "1S:AHD of Bank"

1С:АХД Bank - the automation system of accounting and management of administrative activity of the credit institutions using the chart of accounts of accounting regulated by the resolution of the Central bank of the Russian Federation No. 385-P[1].

On January 21, 2015 it became known of release by the companies IT Capital and "1C" industry solution "1S:AHD of Bank".

Description

The Administrative Activity of Bank configuration is developed on the basis of a standard configuration Enterprise accounting, edition 3.0 on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

The solution helps to organize accounting and management of administrative activity of the credit institutions using the chart of accounts of accounting regulated by the resolution of the Central bank of the Russian Federation No. 385-P.

The industry solution gives opportunities:

For reflection of intra banking activities the separate document "Memorial Order" to conforming requirements of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation No. 2161-U is added to a configuration. Printed form of the memorial order is implemented.

Accounting "from the document" and standard transactions

The main method of reflection of economic transactions in accounting is input of the documents of the program corresponding to primary accounting documents. Besides, direct input of separate postings is allowed.

Accounting of activity of several organizations

"1C: Administrative activity of bank" allows to keep accounting and tax accounting of business activities of several organizations. Account on each credit institution can be kept in separate information base. At the same time the configuration gives an opportunity to use the general information base for accounting of several organizations – legal entities. It is convenient if their business activities are closely connected among themselves: it is possible to use the general lists of goods, partners (business partners), workers, warehouses (storage locations), etc., and to prepare the obligatory reporting separately. The same mechanism is used for accounting of branches of banks.

Accounting on the chart of accounts of credit institution

Synthetic and analytical accounting in the Administrative Activity of Bank configuration is kept using the bank chart of accounts using analytical cuts. Analytical accounts can be opened as directly in the Administrative Activity of Bank configuration by the set opening parameters, and to be imported from the automated banking system. When opening the personal account calculation of a control key in number is made by the rules stated in the regulating document of the Central bank of September 8, 1997 No. 515.

The Administrative Activity of Bank configuration allows to keep analytical accounting on balance accounts of the second order as svodno, and with detailing on each element of analytics.

Accounting of agreements of administrative activity

In the Administrative Activity of Bank configuration separate account of the signed agreements on administrative activity and accounting analytics for accounting of settlement is kept. The magazine of registration of administrative agreements is kept.

Fixed asset accounting and intangible assets

Fixed asset accounting and intangible assets is implemented according to relevant Provision No. 385 "About rules of accounting in the credit institutions located in the territory of the Russian Federation" and also the legislation of the Russian Federation. Analytical accounting of OS and intangible assets is conducted on divisions of operation and responsible persons.

The main operations on accounting are automated:

  • reflection of the capital investments in OS (intangible assets);
  • reflection of additional expenses on acquisition;
  • acceptance to accounting and commissioning of OS (intangible assets);
  • movement of OS in operation;
  • depreciation of OS, intangible assets on depreciation groups and in general on credit institution;
  • upgrade of OS;
  • reflection of leaving of OS (intangible assets) as a result of assignment of rights of property;
  • the accounting of income and expenses connected with leaving of OS (intangible assets), calculation of a financial result from leaving of property;
  • inventory of OS;
  • accounting of OS on accession numbers;
  • formation of output forms: OS-1, OS-2, OS-3, OS-4, OS-6, INV-1, INV-18, INV-22.

Tax accounting of depreciable property is implemented according to Chapter 25 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation.

Accounting of material stocks

Account of material stocks is kept according to Provision No. 385 "About rules of accounting in the credit institutions located in the territory of the Russian Federation". Analytical accounting of material stocks is kept on storage locations.

The following methods of assessment of material stocks at their leaving are supported:

  • the valuation method at stock unit cost;
  • average cost value;
  • cost values of the first in times of acquisition of inventory stocks (FIFO).

Inventory control

On warehouses quantitative or quantitative and amount-based account can be kept. In the first case assessment of goods and materials for the purposes of accounting and tax accounting does not depend on from what warehouse they are received. Inventory accounting can be turned off if in it there is no need.

It is possible to reflect the results of inventory which are automatically verified with inventory data in information base. On the basis of inventory the revealed excesses and the written-off shortages are reflected.

Accounting of non-current stocks

In the program "1C: Administrative activity of bank" accounting of the property purchased as a result of implementation of transactions on agreements of a compensation, pledge is implemented. Analytical accounting of non-current stocks is kept by storage locations. Operations on transfer of non-current stocks to structure of fixed assets and also transactions of implementation of inventory objects are automated. The inventory accounting of the specified property is carried out in the order set for fixed assets.

Stand-alone accounting of material values

Material stocks (except non-current stocks) are written off for expenses by their transfer to operation. Analytical accounting of material values in operation is kept according to the nomenclature by divisions and responsible persons. By transfer to operation to material values accession numbers are assigned. Transactions are automated:

  • transfer of material values in operation;
  • movement of material values in operation;
  • write-off of material values in operation.


Accounting of settlings with partners

Settlings with partners are conducted under agreements and documents of calculations.

The functionality on use of pair settlement accounts is implemented. On each partner (to the agreement with the partner) accounts of receivables and payables are opened. At the beginning of trading day of transaction begin on the personal account, the having balance (remaining balance), and in the absence of a remaining balance – with the account corresponding to a transaction nature. At reflection of receivables – from the active pair settlement account, at reflection of accounts payable – from the passive account of calculations.

For accomplishment of convolution the document "Convolution of Pair Settlement Accounts with Partners" is used. At document posting transactions are executed:

  • transfer of the balance opposite to sign of the account (i.e. on the active account – a credit balance, on the passive account – debit) on the pair settlement account;
  • transfer of smaller balance into the account with big balance if for any reasons by the end of trading day the balance on both pair accounts was formed.


Accounting of banking and cash activities

Accounting of the movement of cash and non-cash is implemented. Input and printing of payment orders, the bank order, receipt and cash payment orders is supported. Operations on settlings with suppliers, buyers and advance holders (including money transfer on bank cards of employees or corporate bank cards), cash deposit on the checking account are automated. At reflection of transactions of a payment amount automatically break into advance payment and payment. Payment orders on payment of taxes (contributions) can be introduced manually or to create automatically using specialized processing.


Accounting of settlings with advance holders

In the program "1C: Administrative activity of bank" accounting of settlement with advance holders using pair settlement accounts 60307 and 60308 "Settlings with workers on imprests" is automated. Compensation of an overexpenditure and return of an unused balance is reflected. Analytical accounting on accounts 60307 and 60308 is kept on the employee and purpose of accountable means.

On the planned date of debt repayment specified for purpose of accountable means it is controlled onto repayment of receivables of advance holders. For the analysis of number of days of delay and amount of debt of advance holders for the specified date the report "Arrears of advance holders" is provided.


Accounting of income and expenses

Program "1C: Administrative activity of bank" is intended for conducting accounting and tax accounting of business activities of credit institution therefore the financial result of credit institution in general in a system is not calculated, except for transactions of leaving of property.

In a configuration operations with the following accounts are automated:

  • 70601 Income on the credit of this account are reflected transactions of implementation of property and services and also other profitable transactions;
  • 70606 Expenses on debit of this account are reflected a financial result from leaving of property, property depreciation, receipt of services and other account transactions.

Analytical accounting according to income accounts and expenses is conducted according to other income and expense items.

Analytical accounting on personal accounts is organized on income types and expenses on form characters on OKUD 0409102 "The report on financial results".


Accounting of income and deferred expenses

In the Administrative Activity of Bank configuration the main operations on accounting of the amounts which are once received, but subject to reference on expenses (income) in the next reporting periods are implemented.

Analytical accounting on expense accounts (income) of future periods is kept on each object (agreement).

In a configuration the following frequency of write-off of deferred expenses is maintained:

  • monthly;
  • quarterly.

Frequency of write-off is defined in account policy of credit institution and cannot change within a year.

For deferred expenses the following order of recognition of expenses is provided:

  • on months;
  • on calendar days;
  • in a special order.

Write-off of deferred expenses in expenses is performed by the regulatory document "Write-off of deferred expenses".


Accounting of reserves on possible losses

In the program process of formation of reserves on receivables (only regarding operations on administrative activity) according to provision 283-P "About an order of formation by credit institutions of reserves on possible losses" is automated.

For determination of value of reserves on possible losses separate elements of a calculation base are classified in one of five quality categories. At classification of elements of a calculation base presence at the partner of the loan and equated to it debt classified in a certain quality category is considered.

Review of a quality category happens when closing receivables. In this case the reserve created earlier is disbanded, increasing income of bank.

At write-off of a bad debt its cost is compensated from a reserve.

According to requirements of Provision No. 385-P analytical accounting on accounts of reserves is kept by partners and agreements.


Accounting of events after a reporting date

The transactions connected with the events after a reporting date (EARD) are reflected in accounting and the reporting according to the regulation of the Bank of Russia on an order of drawing up the annual report by credit institutions. The specified operations SPOD on business activities of credit institution are reflected in the report "The sheet of turnovers on reflection of events after a reporting date".


Accounting of the VAT

Accounting of the VAT is implemented according to regulations of Chapter 21 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation according to the special order provided by Paragraph 5 of Article 170 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation. The VAT amounts paid to suppliers on the purchased goods (works, services) join in the expenses accepted to accounting when calculating income tax, at the same time all amount of tax received by them on transactions, taxable is paid to the budget.

In the Administrative Activity of Bank configuration two main methods of VAT write-off are provided in expenses of bank:

  • write-off in primary documents at accomplishment of other conditions;
  • write-off by the regulatory document "VAT write-off in expenses" at the end of the period.

Filling of the sales ledger and also purchase ledger regarding the transactions provided by item 5 and Paragraph 13 of Article 171 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation is automated

  • at return of the implemented goods (failure from the performed works, the rendered services);
  • at return of advance payments;
  • at reduction of cost of the shipped goods (the performed works, the rendered services).


Integration with the automated banking system

The Administrative Activity of Bank configuration is the separate application, implements detailed and operational accounting of processes of business activities of credit institution. Performing transactions in a configuration is result properly the processed electronic documents which should be transferred to the automated banking system for formation of balance. But for formation of documents in the program "1C: Administrative activity of bank" is necessary information from the automated banking system. For implementation of exchange with an automated system unloading of the different formats given in files is supported. Besides, use of the mechanism of web services is possible.


Procedural transactions when closing day

The assistant provided in a configuration for closing of trading day contains the list of the checks necessary for closing of trading day and also month and year.

The assistant to closing of trading day gives an opportunity:

  • check accomplishment of all necessary close operations of trading day;
  • close trading day;
  • cancel closing of trading day;
  • create the reports explaining calculations and reflecting results of accomplishment of checks.

Depending on the closed trading day different checks can be executed:

  • if the last day in a month is selected, operations on check of depreciation of OS and intangible assets will be executed;
  • if the last day in a quarter is selected, operations on check of write-off of RBP and formation of records of the purchase ledger and the sales ledger will be in addition executed;
  • if the last day in a year is selected, check of closing of year will be executed.

For each trading day check of charge of reserves on possible losses and correctnesses of account balances of analytical accounting is executed

Prohibition of changes in the closed trading day with installation of borders of prohibition of change of data is implemented.


Standard accounting reports

The configuration provides to the user a set of standard reports which allow to analyze data on a remaining balance, turnovers of accounts and on postings in the most different cuts. At report generation grouping, selection and sorting of information output in the report, proceeding from specifics of organization activity and functions executed by the user is configured.


Service opportunities

Control and exception of wrong situations

1C: Accounting 8 PROF provides the developed control facilities of work of the user at different stages of work with the program:

  • control of correctness and completeness of the entered data;
  • control of a remaining balance at write-off (movement) of material values;
  • control of modification and removal of the documents entered before "date of prohibition of editing";
  • control of integrity and consistency of information during removal of data.


Loading of qualifiers and currency rate

The program provides loading of reference books and qualifiers:

  • the qualifier of a BIC (the reference book of bank identification codes of participants of calculations in the territory of the Russian Federation) from the website of RBC;
  • address qualifiers of FTS;
  • currency rate from the website of RBC.

Loading is performed from the information websites and also from the files delivered on DVD releases of ITS or as a part of updates of a configuration.

Data retrieval

In a configuration full-text search according to information base is implemented. Search can be conducted by several words, using search operators or on an exact phrase.

Access control to credentials

The possibility of input of restrictions for access to credentials of the separate organizations (legal entities), to elements of handbook data, documents is implemented. The user with the limited rights of access has no opportunity not only to change somehow, but even to read the data closed for it.

Internet user support

Users of the program can during the work with the program directly prepare and send to 1C Company of opinion on use of the program, appeal to department of technical support and also to receive and browse replies of department of technical support. Also users can participate in survey of users of the program conducted by 1C Company for the purpose of studying of the problems arising in use.

Automatic update of a configuration

The assistant to updating of a configuration who allows to obtain information on the last updates posted on the user support website on the Internet is included in the configuration and to automatically set the detected updates. If the file of updating is already received, then the assistant allows to carry out updating using the file of delivery of updating (.cfu) or the file of delivery of a configuration (.cf) from any local or network folder.
