The first BIT automated network functioning of the medical centers "AMD of Laboratory"

January 22, 2015. The First BIT company announced project completion of automation of management accounting in network of the trikhologichesky centers "AMD of Laboratory".

Specialists of the First BIT implemented the project on the basis of the BIT program. Management of the medical center which is integrated with any product of 1C Company. Simplicity and convenience of work, a possibility of operating control in all directions (personnel, clients, finance, stocks) and support of customer-oriented work belong to advantages of the program (ordering of contact information and the history of treatment, SMS mailing, management of discounts, subscriptions and so forth).

In a project deliverable First BIT together with own staff of "AMD of Laboratories" provided distance learning of specialists of clinic and step by step brought a system into operation in branches of network. 70 jobs are at the moment automated, and all centers use the single database set on a terminal server in Moscow. Access to base is provided on RDP technology (from engl. Remote Desktop Protocol – the remote desktop protocol).

Creation of the single database allowed the management of network of the centers "AMD of Laboratory" to make management decisions quickly. Implementation of the general principles of work with patients on all network standardized activity of the medical centers and has a positive impact on budget implementation control. Also the First BIT especially for "AMD of Laboratories" developed the flexible report on salary which discloses revenue breakdown of medical specialists by the written-out doses of medicines and payment methods, and improved the budget of cash flow of the company. Specialists of the First BIT helped "to AMD to Laboratories" to create the single database, having integrated work of the centers for all Russia.

To system implementation the customer used independently developed program on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform, but it became morally outdated, besides there were difficulties with service in view of absence of specialists".
