On January 23, 2015 it became known of transition of ASUS company in Russia on the EDMS "Kontur.Diadok" from SKB Kontur Rossiyskoye company[1].

The company calculated that at connection to e-document flow of 200 service centers in Russia, ASUS will save about 1.3 million rubles within a year.

On a decision instant about transition to electronic document management, the company used the system of the Internet reporting " circuit.ex-sloe " of SKB Kontur operator and when the question of the choice of e-document flow service became relevant, the company stopped the choice on "Kontur.Diadok". Both products in a complex significantly facilitate interaction with regulatory authorities.
Project Progress
The Russian service division of ASUS uses a 1C system 8.3. In "Diadoc" there is a standard module for integration. The solution provided to specialists of ASUS an opportunity to work in the program, usual for them, and to use functions of electronic document management. At the first stage of integration specialists of the contractor configured the automated sending the formalized documents, and on the second - not formalized.

With system implementation document flow of the company accelerated.
