HOST Group: System of accounting and control of nuclear materials

The HOST group announced in January, 2015 start of a new product – systems of accounting and control of nuclear materials. It is the first replicated system for institutes and the enterprises of the nuclear industry which meets federal standards of accounting and control of the industry.

The solution of HOST Group represents the portal with functions of electronic document management and a secure information system. Its users can register records about quantity and location of nuclear materials, to approve their expense and movement, to create internal and external reports. Transactions only within his area of responsibility will be available to the user.

"During creation of a system it was necessary to consider a set of nuances. It and convenience of the portal to users, its functionality, compliance to federal regulations of NP-030-05 "Basic rules of accounting and control of nuclear materials", level of security of data. Information on total quantity in the organization of nuclear materials is closed. Data on their movement, write-off and other actions are stored no more than one working day. After this term data are obliged to be transferred to the protected part of an information system, - Alekseev Vlad, the commercial director of HOST Group tells.

Specialists of HOST Group made process of accounting of nuclear materials the most convenient for users. When implementing the solution the main business processes were optimized according to federal regulations. In a system 4 functional units are selected:

"Transactions", Documents, Reports and Reference books. The section, main for users, – Transaction. In it it is possible to deliver and strike nuclear materials off the register, to change their status. The documents required by rules, such as acts and delivery notes, are created automatically in the section of the same name. Except the internal reporting, users can create and transfer data according to federal regulations for Rosatom parent organization. These actions are available in the section Reports.
