Kapsch TrafficCom completed adaptation of business processes to the Russian legislation

On January 27, 2015 the consulting company "BMP Logic" announced project completion by description of business processes of the Russian department of Kapsch TrafficCom Russia company and to system implementation of internal control.

Project Tasks

Activity of head Kapsch TrafficCom is standardized and regulated in many key directions. However not all international standards are automatically transferred to the Russian market and ensure effective functioning. Therefore a significant amount of the business processes developed in head company Kapsch TrafficCom needs to be adapted to requirements of the Russian legislation and other principles of business.

For project implementation on development of business processes of Kapsch TrafficCom Russia and system implementation of internal control invited the Russian consulting company "BMP Logic".

Project Progress

Within the project the register of business processes of activity of Kapsch TrafficCom Russia with detailing to the 3rd level (about 300 business processes) is developed, on each of which control procedures of their execution are created and distributed.

Experts paid special attention to the description of key business processes "Preparation of technical solution of the project", "Preparation of calculation of the project", "Preparation of the commercial offer" and "The application for the creation of the project, a request for works" executed in full accordance with the international standards Kapsch TrafficCom.

Project Results

Project implementation the Russian department of Kapsch TrafficCom Russia received the register of all business processes, a control system of their accomplishment in the form of a matrix of the controlling actions, the description 4th key business — processes.
