Metlayf upgraded EDMS

On January 28, 2015 the group CORUS Consulting completed the project on migration of the Electronic Archive system on the platform Documentum on the version Documentum Content Server 7.1 and Webtop 6.7 in closed joint stock company Metlayf (earlier - ALIKO Insurance Company Ltd). Within the project the first migration of a system on the new version of the platform is implemented Documentum.

Project Results

Specialists of Corus Consulting implemented in the company the solution "Electronic Archive" on the EMC Documentum platform. A system allowed employees to reduce Metlayf costs of resources for information storage, to reduce percent of losses and damages of archive documents, to simplify work with documents in general.

"Due to the increased requirements of business Metlayf higher level of quality and efficiency of registration, processing and archiving of documents was required. The management made the decision on migration of a system on the newest version of the Documentum Content Server 7.1 platform. The latest version of a system differs in the increased level of reliability of information storage, a possibility of quicker and detailed search of archive documents, completely excludes unauthorized access to archive documents. Implementation of this configuration allowed us to raise significantly performance indicators of processes of document flow in the company", - Dmitry Semyonov, the CIO of Metlayf insurance company noted.
