Biography

Anashchenko Alexander Grigoryevich was born on September 7, 1971 in Voronezh.

• In 1994 graduated from the Voronezh state pedagogical university majoring in "Mathematics and physics" and in 2000 Voronezh State University in "Finance and the credit".
• In 2009 defended the master's thesis on the subject "Transformation of the Economic Relations of Banking Sector at a Stage of Stabilization of an Economic System".
• In 2012 graduated from the London business school.

Alexander Anashchenko began activity in Sberbank in 1996 in the city of Voronezh. In 2009 headed the Tambov Sberbank branch. In 2012 it was appointed the chairman of the West Siberian bank of Sberbank. Since October 15, 2018 and till present Alexander Anashchenko holds a position of the chairman of the Volga region territorial bank PJSC Sberbank.

The Volga region bank is one of territorial subdivisions of Sberbank of Russia. Performs activity in the territory of seven regions of Russia – the Samara region, the Ulyanovsk region, the Orenburg region, the Saratov region, the Volgograd region, the Astrakhan region, the Penza region.

In 2016 to Alexander Anashchenko it was thanked officially the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin for merits in development and improvement of a banking system.

In 2011 Alexander Anashchenko was awarded the Honourable silver sign of Sberbank. In April, 2018 it was awarded with a prize of the business magazine tmn in the Manager of Year nomination
