Atlas Soft implemented EDMS Etla in SkyGroup

January 28, 2015. The Atlas Soft company announced implementation^[1] of an electronic document management system "Etla" in Skaygroup (SkyGroup).

Choosing a Solution

Today constantly demand for services of the companies which are engaged in the organization of services in the field of business aircraft, and it not only providing to clients private airplanes and helicopters, but also providing a full range of the VIP-services connected with a travel grows, beginning from registration at the airport and finishing with placement in hotel. And SkyGroup is not an exception, specified in the company. With respect thereto the list of clients, and with it and the number of agreements and just different documents constantly grows. In the summer of this year representatives of Skygroup made the decision on document flow system implementation for building of more transparent work with documents as with increase in paper documents it became heavier to find required documents in the company. And storage of their electronic copies on a normal network drive became very inconvenient as the structure of documents strongly expanded. The staff of Skygroup addressed to Atlas Soft with the offer on system implementation which would help them to solve problems with documents.

Project Progress

After making decision on system implementation of "Etla" specialists of Atlas Soft prepared a standard packet of setup of a system for the small companies which enter: formation and registration in a system up to 15 users; formation and registration in a system up to 5 user groups; creation in the system of structure of archive of documents with the distributed access rights for users and user groups; an institution in a system up to 10 reference books; formation of 5 cards for 5 document types; setup of rules of autonumbering, autonaming, autoplacement and an autodocument structuring at registration for 5 document types if it is required; business processes of approval, registration of incoming documents, development and also mailing of documents.

Result

After installation and setup the system administrator will be able independently to expand the existing functionality at the expense of the numerous editors and designers who are built in a system. On a response of the customer, at the moment use of the Etla system allowed Skygroup to create transparent structure of document storage and access for users to them due to splitting them on groups and also to reduce search time of the necessary documents. Use of business processes also allowed to reduce terms of document handling and to increase control of execution of instructions, noted in the company.
