Implemented Soft-Unity "1C: Accounting. The basic version" in Cooler of Green

January 15, 2015. The Soft-Unity company announced implementation "1C: Accounting. The basic version" in the Cooler Green trading company.

Goals and Objectives

The request from Kuler Green LLC which is engaged in delivery of water and coolers came to Soft-Unity company. To the management Kuler Green the solution for department of accounting which would allow to simplify maintaining tax and accounting and to reduce time necessary for preparation of the regulated reporting was required. It was separately designated that in the program one specialist will work.

Choosing a Solution

For the solution of this task specialists of Soft-Unity suggested to set on a workplace of the accountant a configuration "1C: Accounting. Basic version". The program has the powerful functionality similar "1C: Accounting PROF", except for the multi-user mode and a possibility of configuring of a program code. In the management Cooler of Green also noted the low price of the application solution which finally convinced client representatives to stop the choice on the basic version.

Project Progress

In appointed day the service engineer brought the program to office of the company, made installation on a workplace of the accountant, customized and tested a system then provided elementary education of the specialist to work in the program.

Result

Implementation "1C: Accounting. The basic version" allowed to automate the following sections of work:

• formation of the regulated accounting records in the automatic mode;
• execution of the closing documents;
• formation of invoices for payment;
• payroll of personnel.
