The ATK consulting group completed at the beginning of 2015 an implementation project of the analytical solution of ATC of QlikView for Retail in BNS Group company, the exclusive retailer and the distributor of clothes of such leading world brands as MEXX, Calvin Klein, Topshop and Michael Kors. According to the results of implementation of an analytical system, BNS Group improved quality and efficiency of analytics of sales department, marketing and logistics.
The BNS Group company is one of market leaders of fashionable clothes and accessories in Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan. In 1997 the company opened the first MEXX shop in Russia, and today BNS Group manages 9 world fashion-brands, more than 200 shops in 60 cities and 3 countries. Due to the active development of the company, expansion of a portfolio of brands and retail networks, increase in quality and speed of work of analytical tools was required.

Within the project on the implementing solution ATK QlikView for Retail specialists of ATK consulting group integrated data of more than 10 data sources, including the main ERP system of the company, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, counters of visitors of shops, files of Excel in BNS Group. The QlikView application provides expanded analytics on wholesale and retail sales, cards of loyalty and merchandising, with an opportunity to trace lifecycle of the separate article. The QlikView application includes about 150 different analytical indicators and considers turnover of goods, accomplishment of the sales plan by brands and commodity groups, conversion, seasonality of demand and cost efficiency of sales. In addition to standard applications for advanced analysts of BNS Group, the flexible report which includes all possible indicators on sales and merchandising with a possibility of independent creation of visualization was developed.
According to BNS Group company, thanks to implementing solution of ATC QlikView for Retail, it was succeeded to raise considerably the detail level of analytical information, to reduce costs for support of analytics, to standardize a report form and to find additional areas for increase in efficiency and profitability of business.
