Tolyattikauchuk implemented the AIS "Transport Services"

On February 2, 2015 it became known of development and deployment of automated information system by COMPAREX company "Transport services" for the enterprises of SIBUR holding.

Project Tasks

Two enterprises Tolyattikauchuk LLC and Tolyattisintez Ltd took part in the project. The companies are subsidiaries of the SIBUR.

The enterprises of holding actively use logistics and transport services. The customer was faced by a task: formalize and optimize business process of interaction with the transport contractor. The solution was complicated by the fact that, despite presence at all participants of process there was automation equipment, these means did not meet the requirements of business to transparency and efficiency of interaction. The efficiency of interaction decreased due to the lack of synchronization of data, insufficient automation of activity of managers of the transport contractor took place.

Project Progress

In IT market there was no finished developed product meeting all requirements of business of the customer. Specialists of COMPAREX formalized the corresponding business processes and according to the results of the first stage "Transport services" designed automated information system.

Transport services - the hardware and software system automating works of business roles.

• direct customers of services create requests;
• specialists of service of the customer execute confirmation of accomplishment of requests;
• business users control expenditure of funds of their division for transport services;
• managers of the transport contractor appoint transport, control process of accomplishment of the request;
• drivers of the transport contractor execute requests.

Program component - components:

• the web application where business roles function,
• module of synchronization of data with external systems,
• the system of informing by e-mail and the SMS.

Hardware component - terminals of issue of waybills.

The information system "Transport Services" - the simple system in service and support which is not requiring special knowledge and the certain administrator for its service. As a system is not exacting to resources, the customer does not have need to purchase servers for system operation, a system can be unrolled on the operative equipment running Windows Server, and implementation of functionality of SMS notifications does not require acquisition of the additional hardware.

The solution acts on mobile devices (tablets and communicators running iOS, Android) and does not require installation of clients of the application. Access to a system is possible via the web interface. A system can be integrated with the operating corporate systems: 1C of management of manufacturing plants, UAT, Active Directory.

Project Results

As a result of implementation of the project of the enterprise of SIBUR holding received the formalized process of use of transport services, managed C the help of effective tools.
