The international consulting group Columbus at the beginning of 2015 purchased InterDyn BMI, one of the American consulting organizations. This transaction will strengthen influence of Columbus in IT market of the USA and will become a basis for the further growth of the company.

Thanks to this purchase of Columbus will significantly strengthen the market positions in the USA", - Tomas Honoré, the CEO of the Columbus group notes.
InterDyn BMI services more than 2000 clients, offices of the company operate on all territory of the USA (from Atlantic to the Pacific Ocean). This transaction will help to strengthen positions of the international Columbus group as global solution provider for retail networks, the enterprises of food and discrete production.
InterDyn BMI revenue at the end of 2014 made 162 million Danish kroner (DKK), profit - 4.3 million Danish kroner. Generally the company performs projects based on products of the line Microsoft Dynamics. In 2014 InterDyn BMI was among finalists of international contest of partner IT solutions Microsoft in category Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Partner of the Year.
The InterDyn BMI company which staff totals 125 employees will continue to work under the name as a part of the Columbus group. "Considering global presence and the size of the Columbus group, we are sure that InterDyn BMI will become stronger, than ever, will continue to follow the purposes on strengthening of long-term customer relations and increase in growth of business", - John Hendrikson, the president of InterDyn BMI said.
The agreement became effective on February 2, 2015, transaction amount does not reveal.
