Etton automated housing sector of the Lipetsk region

February 3, 2015. Etton system integrator together with Rostelecom and Forms Technology companies completed the work on creation of an automated system of an overhaul of apartment houses in the Lipetsk region.

Information and analytical system of program management of a capital remontarealizovan on a cloud platform "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities" Etton companies. The software product represents a complex telecommunication and program technical means which provide collecting, updating and information analysis about a status, upgrade and reforming of a housing and utilities sector of the Lipetsk region.

The Rostelecom company acted as the main partner in questions of implementation of the project. At all stages of implementation specialists Rostelecom performed the full methodological and consulting support connected with questions of operation of the application solution.

Using information complex in the Lipetsk region the technical base of passports of houses was created and structured, the unified register of homeowners is created and the regional program of an overhaul is constructed. Within the system solution automation of work of the state housing inspectorate was executed that obespechiloucht the addresses of owners, automatic formation of the plan of checks of housing stock and control of hoday execution. The implemented system of billing allowed to organize acceptance of payments for an overhaul from owners. Payment receipts in the Lipetsk region are printed and delivered from the middle of 2014 in cooperation with Forms Technology company.
