AIK "SUPERVISION" in Investigation department of the IC RF across the Republic of Bashkortostan is implemented by EOS Group company

February 4, 2015. Announced investigation department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Republic of Bashkortostan implementation of the automated information SUPERVISION complex (AIK "SUPERVISION") developed by EOS Group for solving of tasks on documentary ensuring activity of bodies of prosecutor's office and the investigation. In December, 2014 the Medialux company, the partner of EOS Group, began works on implementation of the first stage of automation.

Tasks

Within the first stage a number of key tasks which solution became the main maintenance of this stage was designated:

• automation of registration of correspondence coming as in paper form, and by e-mail;
• creation of the control system of execution of orders of the top management providing registration of all instructions for the purpose of quality improvement of their execution and level of performing discipline;
• automation formation of report forms on document flow for ensuring information support of solutions of the management;
• reduction of unproductive manual operations on search and information processing according to documents and instructions;
• automation of formation of magazines of registration of correspondence and leaving from paper registration.

Project Progress

The project in SU of the IC RF across the Republic of Bashkortostan is performed according to the order of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of 7/18/2012 No. 40 "About the approval of the Instruction for office-work of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation". This document sets obligatory uniform requirements to preparation, processing, storage and use in the system of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the documents which are formed in activity, improvement of documentary providing, the organization and record keeping, work with written and oral addresses and also control of execution of documents.

Before implementation of AIK "SUPERVISION" of processing procedure of documents in SU by the IC RF across the Republic of Bashkortostan were not automated. On initial stage of the project it was supposed to pass from traditional ("paper") document registration to an electronic form.

Specialists of Medialux company carried out the analysis of structure and volume of document flow and also inspection of the scheme of the movement of documents in the organization and methods of interaction with external correspondents. On the basis of data retrieveds the software setup under structure of the organization and feature of document flow was made. The customized system was installed on the server hardware of the customer to which client workstations were connected. Users of the customer were trained on work with a system, mastered basic skills and the main transactions.

Now a system is unrolled, there is its gradual mastering. The project provides rendering consulting support for input of AIK "SUPERVISION" in commercial operation.

Complete transition to electronic document registration will become end of this stage that will become a basis for further development of scope of AIK "SUPERVISION". Further the customer is going to pass gradually to electronic interaction between employees in the course of work with documents, step by step connecting the divisions including deleted (Territorial Offices of SU).
