Viper-SC is a line of base stations of Viper-SC 100/200/400/900.
The base station of Viper-SC - permanently mounted 19" the device of new generation of the class SDR (Software defined radio) providing data exchange in a technology radio network on Viper-SC radio modems under the IP protocol at speeds of 4.8-128 Kbps in the channel with slot pitch of radio frequencies 50, 25, 12.5 or 6.25 kHz. The data exchange rate in a radio network can automatically be configured depending on acceptance conditions.

The device uses the improved version of the protocol with technology of an exception of collisions of packets of FAMA. For the purpose of capacity growth the data compaction algorithm providing effective compression is used (the maximum proportion 1:10 a.m.). Setup is made via the intuitive web interface.
The base station can be configured for use as the bridge or the router under the Ethernet IEEE 802.3 protocol (the IP protocols ICMP, IGMP, TCP, UDP, IPSec, SNTP are supported) as the DHCP client or the server. IP fragmentation (IP-fragmentation), broadcast of the network addresses (NAT - Network Address Translation), dynamic routing of RIPv2, use of the address resolution protocol is provided (ARP - Address Resolution Protocol).
