For the retail company it is just necessary to look for various options for use of resources with the best result today. And, first of all, it concerns operational tasks. Using complex automation in this case it is possible to exclude a human factor, to be exact errors and delays with reconciliation of the entering data. For example, implementation of only two EDI messages of DESADV (the notification on acceptance) and PRICAT (a price the directory) allowed SPAR to release 80% of resources in due time that led to acceleration of business processes several times. As a result the company avoided "manual" input of positions and check of the prices on a stage in electronic reconciliation, and it in total influenced optimization of production and sales increase. For the network implementation of the EDO new projects is an important strategic decision as SPAR MV intends to transfer maintenance of the maximum quantity of transactions to an electronic form in the near future. And it will cause obligatory participation in process and suppliers.
