February 4, 2015. The April Software company announced implementation of EDMS in Electron Wholesale LLC company.

Cooperation of the companies began since 2007 and continues to this day. For years of cooperation with the help of programs on 1C: Enterprise platform accounting, personnel records and settlement process of the salary, operational accounting of trade processes and a number of retail stores was automated. It is difficult to estimate efficiency from the automated accounting in comparison with manual accounting in digits, it is just qualitatively other, new level of accounting.

Choosing a Solution

In November, 2014 the representative of Electron Wholesale LLC company addressed to 1C: April Software, to the reliable supplier of software products 1C with a task to automate electronic document management. 1C specialists: April Software carried out consultation of staff of Electron Wholesale LLC then a choice for benefit of the 1C: Document Flow CORP program was made.

Result

Implementation of the program "1C: Dokumentoobort KORP" allowed to automate registration and accounting of documents, to organize quick search and access to necessary documents, to create a structured storage of documents and means of maintaining archive of documents.

Implementation of the program for workflow automation allowed:

• to completely exclude the probability of loss of documents,
• it is considerable to reduce terms of approval and consideration of documents,
• work to the employees with documents in the workplaces.

It in a complex led to work with documents at qualitatively new level. Also use of an electronic document management system saves operating time of employees and allows to resolve many production issues in short terms.
