FIS Group and Otkrytiye Bank completed the project on automation of judicial office-work regarding maintenance of problem debt. The project started in February of last year. The required functionality of a system managed to be configured in a short time. In only 5 months data migration was carried out and necessary business processes are configured, interfaces are finished, document templates are got, and integration with the data warehouse is performed – as a result of FIS Collection System (a stage of judicial proceedings) in October began work in the mode of commercial operation.
Now lawyers of bank will be able significantly to optimize the work on return of arrears at a stage of judicial office-work using an automated system which allows to manage flux profile of tasks and also to consider activities during the work with the problem credits. Among additional benefits of a new solution there is a number of the interesting opportunities increasing convenience of work of users, for example, the calendar of court sessions. It is generated automatically within business process, can be adjusted by the head with automatic "embedding" of the made changes in business process.
"In fact it was the pilot project, and the platform for its implementation we selected the Moscow bank branch. Automation of legal maintenance of work with problem debt became a peculiar locomotive on improvement of all system of collecting. In the short term upgrades will undergo as well other processes within work with problem debt. Further we plan replication of a new system for all regional network of bank", - Andrey Velichko, the vice president, the director of the department of work with troubled assets of Otkrytiye bank noted.
According to Vyacheslav Blagirev, the Business partner on technologies of PJSC Khanty-Mansi Otkritie Bank: "One of our purposes - to create a single platform for Holding for automation of work with troubled assets both at an early stage, and at the late stages FIS System completely meets ours requirements in this part. It should be noted high professionalism and motivation of the FIS command. In the nearest future we are going to connect stages of Soft and Hard of collecting on FL and also to automate stages of work on management to early collecting. In addition, using modern technologies, we are going to pass into a format of online monitoring of emergence of debt of the client".
Automation of the remained processes and stages of work with arrears on physical persons and legal entities within all group will become the next step of development of FIS Collection System in Otkrytiye Bank.
The FIS Collection System system was selected by bank after attempt of implementation of the similar solution of FICO company which for a number of reasons it was necessary to refuse
