Surgutneftegas (Management system Parus)

The center of corporate solutions Parus (file) provided observance of uniform account policy for all enterprises of oil products supply of Surgutneftegas company thanks to implementation of industry solution on the Parus — Enterprise 8 platform.

The sales sector of the company includes more than 300 benzo-and the gas-filiing stations and more than 40 oil depots in a northwest part of the Russian Federation integrated on territorial sign in five enterprises of regional scale.

Prior to the beginning of the project the affiliated sales enterprises worked in the different accounting systems, including "self-written". Transfer of all five enterprises on a single technology platform "Parus - Enterprise 8" DBMS Oracle was also performed step by step. The used industry solution for the enterprises of petrosale wholesale by oil products" and "Retail by oil products" contains specialized software modules ".

The implemented solution allowed to centralize all accounting and managerial functions of the sales enterprises, to build all business processes on the basis of uniform standards, to provide receipt of operational data on the movement of materials and money from territorial and remote divisions in real time. Interfaces for data exchange between the different PCSs used on AZS/AGZS/AZK and also with other systems of third-party producers were organized.

The developed model remote solution supports control functions by the project, the centralized updating of settings of territorial remote databases on the available communication channels, regular control and automatic correction of results of incorrect actions of users with the normative reference information and real data which are stored in a system.
