The CORUS Consulting group implemented the project on implementation of the information system K-Point for collecting, approval and data analysis about involvement of temporary personnel in ATAK supermarket chain.
The solution of Corus Consulting - the software platform of K-Point - allows to arrange collecting and data analysis on the business processes which are not covered by industrial automation systems and traditionally conducted in separate files of Excel (for example, purchasing requests, sales plans, holding polls of branches or partners, approval of marketing efforts, forms of collection of data on working time, results of employee assessment, etc.). Using K-Point it is possible to create quickly a data model, to implement web forms of data collection and to configure regulations of approval. It allows to increase significantly the level of accuracy of the information, to reduce risks of errors in reports, to reduce labor input of the processes connected with collecting and data validation.
The single system allowing all shops to do on a centralized basis orders for personnel was necessary for suppliers quickly to take these orders, and to service of work with personnel precisely to trace them. As a result of K-Point use all directors of shops can create orders for temporary personnel and reports on actually worked time, specialists of supplier companies – on a centralized basis to obtain information from all directors of shops and to approve or reject orders, and HR specialists – to create all necessary for the analysis and settlings with suppliers the reporting.
For ATAK it was very important to implement this project in most short time, in particular, because of a season of New Year's holidays, the season which is especially loaded for all retailers. Now in independence of peak loads on shops of network an opportunity precisely appeared and, the main thing, quickly to plan participation of temporary personnel in work of supermarkets and also to analyze the real number of hours worked in K-Point.
