Crisis, be it internal or external, forces people to study, and the companies to change. So far the company makes profit, and there is no hint on problems, the owner and the director are hardly ready to serious changes.

So, if you select the strategy of leadership from a crisis situation, then it is necessary to take a confident step towards changes in business and increase in efficiency of the existing personnel.
