Vostsibaeronavigation (DocsVision (EDMS/ECM system))

The implementation project of EDMS and business process automation of Docsvision in Federal State Unitary Enterprise ORVD Vostsibaeronavigation branch started in 2008 and covered processes of office-work, control of performing discipline. A system is integrated with 1C for work with acts and accounts, automatic substitution of employees is also configured. In total at the enterprise 140 jobs on 8 platforms, geographically distributed from each other are automated.

In all branches Docsvision electronic document management system was already installed. In Irkutsk Docsvision of version 4.5, in branches on area and in Buryatia – the system of the 5th version is set. Interaction between branches and the center in a system was organized so: clerks in Irkutsk registered orders for branches, selected responsible branch. A system automatically created the e-mail with the order for branch. The staff of branch registered each letter with the order in the Docsvision system manually and sent to branch.
