2017: The Appius-Tekhnologiya 2017 system is released

On July 25, 2017 the Appius company announced release of the Appius-Tekhnologiya 2017 system.

In version 2017 the completions entered to a configuration on customer appeals for 2016 and the first half of 2017 are accumulated.

The added features increase convenience and efficiency of users, accelerate process of preparation of production by maintaining design-technology information on a product.

2016

Editor of group technical processes

On November 9, 2016 the company APPIUS company announced release of a subsystem the Editor of standard/group technical processes (TPP/GTP). This component is intended for operational creation and editing standard or group technology processes.

The window of the Editor of TPP/GTP represents the table in which left column all technology transactions and their description are displayed, and in the right part of the table columns in quantity equal to quantity of the made products on standard/group technical process are located. Each column on a product corresponds to one technology process. In a cell of the table located on intersection of columns and lines, a flag it is possible to note participation of a product in this or that transaction / transition of technical process.

Viewing the parameter values concretized on products is available to each element of technical process.

The amount of the displayed properties of the selected element corresponds to amount of the displayed properties of types of the elements of TPP/GTP configured by default. If necessary the user can change property set.

As a result of use of the Editor during creation of standard/group technical process the quantity of possible errors and time of information input at the expense of a user-friendly and clear interface is reduced.

Appius-Tekhnologiya: an automated design engineering system for 1C: ERP 2.1

The APPIUS company released in February, 2016 the version of the application solution "Appius-Tekhnologiya: an automated design engineering system" for 1C: ERP 2.1. This version was developed especially for seamless use with the ERP system on the 1C: Enterprise platform.

In the course of sharing of the uniform Appius-Tekhnologiya and 1C:ERP complex accomplishment of the following functions is provided:

• uniform classification of purchased products and products of own production in Appius-Tekhnologii and 1C: ERP 2.1;
• automatic data translation from a format of storage Appius-Tekhnologii to a format of storage 1C:ERP 2.1;
• unloading under the order of all information, necessary for the ERP system, on product manufacturing techniques;
• unloading of technology data on end-to-end technical processes (including auxiliary materials and the equipment);
• support of unloading of technology notifications on change with change of the corresponding production specifications in ERP – a system;
• data validation on correctness and completeness for operability of the ERP system;
• automatic formation of the notification to owners by errors in technology data with indication of objects at which there is wrong information.

The ERP component of formation of production and technology ESI autocompletes article of calculation for component parts on the settings set in constants: article of calculation of component parts – for the purchased nomenclature; article of calculation of the semi-finished products made separately – for the made nomenclature (which has a technology); article of calculation of transactions – for labor costs; for the semi-finished products made in process – the predetermined article "The Semi-finished Products Made in Process".

The version of Appius-Tekhnologiya is available to users of solutions of APPIUS within the operating technical support to 1C:ERP.

2015

The APPIUS company released in February, 2015 the version of the application solution "Appius-Tekhnologiya: an automated design engineering system" in which seamless integration with a 1C system is implemented : ERP.

Appius-Tekhnologiya allows to create technology processes of any kinds of productions, from machining before assembly of a finished product. A system supports use of technology processes of analogs and group technology processes on the generalized products.

Thanks to sharing of the Appius-Tekhnologiya and 1C:ERP systems at the enterprise uniform classification of purchased products and products of own production, unloading of technology data on end-to-end technical processes is provided (including auxiliary materials and the equipment) and also automatic data translation from a format of storage Appius-Tekhnologiya to a format of storage 1C:ERP is provided. For operability of the ERP system data validation on completeness and correctness is provided.

For ensuring seamless interaction of systems about 20 reference books of a 1C system are added to the Appius-Tekhnologiya configuration: ERP that allows to exclude duplication of data.

From Appius-Tekhnologii unloading under the order of all information, necessary for the ERP system, on manufacturing techniques is provided to a product. Besides, notifications to owners by errors in technology data with indication of objects at which there is wrong information automatically form, and unloading of technology notifications on change with change of the corresponding production specifications in ERP – a system is supported.
