MAYKOR-BTE will provide service of ATMs of the Sviaz-Bank across all Russia

The BTE company (enters MAYKOR) specializing in service of the bank equipment announced in February, 2015 a victory in tender on complex service of ATMs of the Sviaz-Bank. All park of ATMs of the Sviaz-Bank is transferred to the outsourcer - it is 450 devices. The network covers 53 regions of Russia.

MAYKOR-BTE provides service of the equipment of the Sviaz-Bank on packets of SLM (the second level of technical support). It means that the outsourcer performs all complex of works for support of smooth operation of the equipment. According to terms of the contract the recovery time of the failed equipment should not exceed 8 hours. The debugged logistics and own repair center MAYKOR-BTE capable to recover more than 100 parts a day including difficult nodes allows to fulfill these requirements.
