Electronic model of a system of heat supply for the Magadan region from RAMEK

RAMEK company, system integrator of a full stroke, announced in February, 2015 project completion for three municipal entities of the Magadan region. It is about development of electronic models of a system of heat supply.

Need of implementation of such project is connected with requirements of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation and Rostekhnadzor of presence at municipalities of means of electronic modeling of emergency situations when checking readiness for the heating period.

The project of development of electronic model was implemented by forces of specialists of RAMEK within 2 months. As a result the customer received completely operating electronic model of a system of heat supply based on IGS "CityCom" with broad functionality which is provided by use of the "cloud" version "CityCom (Cloud)".

In addition to ordinary functions of calculation of the hydraulic modes, the created electronic model allows to observe and analyze visually results of carrying out any switchings of shutoff valves and also to perform modeling of accidents and to create recommendations about their localization.

Informatization of the housing and public utilities enterprises one of new industry expertizes of the company. In September, 2014 within this direction of activity "The department of informatization of the housing and public utilities enterprises" was created. The staff of this division owns industry terminology and well understands specifics of work of the enterprises supplying the Russian cities with heat, water, the electric power and gas and also questions of municipal management in this part.

Opening of this direction in RAMEK completely is in a bed of market trends:

• The housing and public utilities are the industry which is responsible for life support and safety of our citizens.
• Informatization of these enterprises is at a low level, but they already understand that information technology implementation - the only way to provide real control of accident rate on networks and economy of resources.
• Import substitution: the software which is used as the instrument of electronic modeling is completely Russian development with a large number of successful implementations.
• The states are up to standard understanding of that deplorable status in which there are utilities of the majority of the cities that led to acceptance of a number of the laws and bylaws regulating development and implementation of plans of upgrade of the city systems of resource provisioning and networks of engineering infrastructure.
