Andreyev Nikolay Bovich is the head of the ministry of the land and property relations of the Republic of Kalmykia.

Biography

Nikolay was born on December 6, 1956 in Krasnoyarsk Krai.

Moved to residence to the village of Abganerovo of the Volgograd region.

Left secondary school.

Service in AF of the USSR.

Before the active conscription service worked the cattleman, the tractor operator.

In the direction of economy got an education at the Kalmyk state university as "Economist manager".

In 1985 moved to Elista.

Worked as the CEO of holding which included state unitary enterprises "Sherstomoynaya factory", "the Pit Cholun Hamur, FC Uralan, Izvestia of Kalmykia publishing house.

Since 2008 worked in the device of the permanent representative of the Republic of Kalmykia under the President of the Russian Federation.

In 2010 the solution of the Elista city Meeting of the fourth convocation it is appointed the acting as the head of city administration of Elista.

In 2011 it is appointed to a post of the head of the mayor's office of Elista (City manager).

With 2012 works at a position of the minister of the land and property relations of the Republic of Kalmykia.
