The ministry of the land and property relations of the Republic of Kalmykia automated management of the state and municipal property

On February 11, 2015 the AT Consulting company announced implementation "A control automation geographic information system state and municipal property" in the Ministry of the land and property relations of the Republic of Kalmykia. In the project JSC Rostelecom took part.

Project Progress

A system is developed by AT Consulting company. It automates collecting, processing, storage and data analysis about the land plots and property which are in the state-owned or municipal property. The solution helps to maintain an electronic register and accounting of such transactions as fixing of property as economic management and operational management, sale, leasing, calculation, charge, accounting of payments under agreements.

With its help management of activity of departments of a property and land complex is facilitated, providing uniform space for work. A system provides access to instruments of control and monitoring of all processes.

Project Results

Vera Dyumkeeva, the deputy minister on the land and property relations of the Republic of Kalmykia noted: "Making the decision on system implementation, we first of all recognized that it will give to our difficult, subsidized region additional opportunities to fill the budget, to reveal not used areas or used irrationally. Our expectations were completely met. We considered reasonable to continue system implementation in the republic and also recommended to administrations of the municipal entities of Kalmykia to consider the possibility of its implementation".

Specialists of AT Consulting conducted examination of a property and land complex, revealed a circle of tasks, studied documentation and provided the full solution with the corresponding technical support.
