On February 12, 2015 it became known of development by the company the First BIT the automation system of sales with mobile application on iOS by request of Heineken company.

Project Progress

The integrator the First BIT completed the project on automation of sales of OOO "Joint Breweries Heineken", Russian division of the international brewery concern Heineken N.V. Specialists of the First BIT helped the customer to create the automation system of sales, to integrate into it 98% of the distributors across all Russia and to strengthen control of sales of the products.

For automation of sales the First BIT created the solution by means of which work of all chain of sales is centralized and systematized: from more than 2700 sales representatives across all Russia, supervisors to heads in Heineken.

Project Results

Sales representatives receive on the smartphones routes of visits, up-to-date data about debts of outlets and a remaining balance in warehouses of distributors, collect orders and any other information which is necessary for successful promotion of products in the market.

Feature of the application - a full-fledged work in offline mode, automatic calculation of KPI of each employee Heineken and/or the partner: right after the visit to outlet the sales representative sees planned and actual results in a day and month and also how many he earned – it motivates it on improvement of result.

The created automated system received the name Jeans.

"Employees of the First BIT created the Jeans project from scratch. Our command developed everything up to the web interface, and a system is unrolled completely at our capacities. Also we signed the contract SLA (the agreement on the level of service) for support of a system, and our specialists together with a command of Heineken ensure smooth operation of service and its permanent development. The solution architecture allowed to achieve the high speed and fault tolerance of a system at the level of 99.9%. It is extremely important as idle time of a system within only several minutes can turn back orders which did not manage to bring to clients. We managed to achieve complete consolidation of data in uniform base and to provide the analysis using the special QlikView system. It was also important to consider potential Heineken, it is not simply large, but also dynamically developing company paying special attention to innovations. Therefore from us it was required to create a system, easily scalable and adapted for requirements of the customer", – Maxim Opilkin, the head of office of mobile solutions of The First BIT company told. - For February 11, 2015 the automation system of sales operates as the only instrument of control of work of all chain of sales and collecting of necessary data out of office on visits of representatives, current orders, questioning of partners, carrying out collection and so forth. As a result of system implementation information processing time was reduced, and calculation of KPI of workers Heineken and workers of distributors in the online mode became possible".
