The application works together with CRYPTOPRO CSP and, irrespective of the accounting system, is established on the user's computer.
SignEx is the software application of automation of registration procedure of the electronic signature on local computers.
"This development became the key moment on implementation of ESF in TD TD Aysberri LLC LLC, - Yulia Ryazanova, the Head of Department of technical support of "E-COM" noted. – In the company there is an accounting system of Navision which it is hardly possible to call the widespread solution in the Russian market. Therefore the main objective for development team it was put to find the solution allowing to work with all types of the accounting systems without exception. Thus, we could create the simple application in use which correctly and quickly signs the document with the electronic signature and sends it to the addressee".
In the accounting system of the user on the basis of the account ESF in the XML format forms and remains locally on the computer. After that automatically according to the schedule SignEx is started. The application involves CryptoPro CSP and creates the file of the signature then both files (The XML document and the file of the signature) move to the directory with the signed documents ready to be shipped.
After that the ftp-client who is built in SignEx which sends the created data to the EXITE server is started. Using the ftp-client the user can also receive the entering receipts, such as "Date request" and "Notification on receiving".
The innovation allows the client to receive almost full automation of process of sending and signing of legally significant documents and saves it from excess costs of time and resources.
