Zdravprint is technology of preparation and creation of orthoses[1]created from low-temperature bioplastic by means of 3D - printing.

For production of the orthosis of tough fixing becomes 3D - scanning of an object (extremities, its parts) the volume scanner, is made processing of the received model by the software. The model which can be printed on the 3D-printer turns out. If necessary the individual structure of design and color is added.
The linear sizes of a product receive a normal measuring line. According to these sizes the model for printing is created. On the 3D-printer thin individual procurement - cut of a product is printed. Then procurement heats up and the product is formed for the specific patient. Time of printing from 15 to 40 minutes, molding of a product takes 3-5 minutes.
