Content

February 5, 2015. Company "1C Architect of business" announced completion of automation of "Usovsky Wine and Cognac Cellars" company (Moscow region).

In 2013 the management of the enterprise decided to develop own retail network under the Usovsky Cellars brand. It was necessary to resolve an issue on automation of outlets: for sales management of alcohol to which accounting of turnover the legislation imposes special requirements the reliable information system was required. Besides, it was necessary to create conditions for comfortable service of buyers and for flexible management by sales.

The management was going to open the first brand store in Krasnogorsk in a short time: in only three-four weeks it was required to equip completely outlet and to train personnel to work with the software and the equipment. Then it was necessary to prepare for opening three more shops in Moscow area: in Istra, Zvenigorod and Elektrostal.

Choosing a Solution

For project implementation company "1C Architect of business" was selected. A decisive factor was the fact that experienced specialists of "1C Architect of business" offered the ready scheme of automation which guaranteed start of the first shop, and then and the following outlets in the terms appointed by the customer. The software product "DALION: Management of shop. Missile defense" together with programs became a basis of an information system for management of shops "Usovsky Cellars" "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

"DALION: Management of shop. By the missile defense" it was selected as, except wide traditional functionality for accounting at trade enterprise, in it is and specific, intended for accounting of turnover of alcoholic products (allows to prepare reporting declarations and to keep the log-book of volume of retail sale of alcohol). Besides, this product is intended for automation of the network enterprises (the necessary number of outlets can be connected to uniform base), is integrated both with a retail store equipment and cash desks, and with programs of 1C which, as a rule, are a basis for automation of accounting and personnel records at most the Russian enterprises.

Project Progress

Specialists of "1C Architect of business" in the appointed terms automated turnkey shops of retail network "Usovsky Cellars": installed and configured POS systems and other equipment necessary for work of cashiers and merchandisers; constructed the distributed information base for data exchange between head shop in Krasnogorsk and retail outlets in Istra, Zvenigorod and Elektrostal; configured different access rights for all categories of users; configured discounts for buyers; configured data exchange of a system "DALION: Management of shop. The missile defense" with "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", helped to adjust preparation of the reporting, to get rid of errors in accounting; trained personnel to work with a cash and retail store equipment, with the DALION and 1C programs. vyveska_usovsky cellars.Jpgvitrina_usovskiye cellars.jpgpri opening of each shop specialists of "1C Architect of business" gave support to personnel and the management of network: were quickly connected to jobs of users on remote access to resolve urgent issues, left in outlets for the solution of more serious problems.

Result

After several months since the beginning of work of retail network the management of Usovsky cellars notes undoubted advantage of automation for the beginning business. Exact data on the course of sales in everyone trade a point allowed to make the weighed and timely decisions on network management and personnel, to analyze results of holding discount actions, to react quickly to emergence of a shortcoming or surplus of separate goods items, to encourage the employees who achieved good results, to increase competences of the personnel feeling a lack of experience in conducting sales.

The management of retail network "Usovsky Cellars" highly appreciated professionalism and efficiency of specialists of "1C Architect of business". Cooperation between the companies continues: in the nearest future it is going to automate using "1C Architect of business" the fifth shop of retail chain stores preparing for opening in Volokolamsk.

Thanks to accurate accounting of goods and the analysis of sales the management of network from the moment of opening of the first shops completely controls development of the trade business.
