BARS GROUP implemented culture industry monitoring system in Altai Krai

February 4, 2015. The administration of Altai Krai on culture and archiving and BARS GROUP was reported^[1] about system implementation of monitoring of indicators, the analysis and forecasting of development of the industry of BARS.Monitoring-Kultura. In a system 114 cultural institutions and 86 subscribers work.

Result

Indicators of all organizations of subordinated network come in the online-mode on the Internet to uniform storage. Specialists of organizations fill electronic forms of the reporting in the workplaces, there is no need to collect data in paper form. Except necessary statistical reporting, indicators which allow to analyze a situation in the industry taking into account specifics of work of Management are entered into a system (reports on subsidies, on holding competitive procedures, on edge targeted investment programs and carrying out repair work on objects of culture of edge).

Development Plans

Within the project in the current year it is going to carry out updating of the platform and in case of change of the federal legislation - reporting forms and also implementation of technical support and connection of new users.

According to the head of department on culture and archiving Elena Bezrukova, use of the automated information and analytical system of BARS.Monitoring-Kultura allows to estimate objectively efficiency of activity of cultural institutions, to improve quality of planning and control of accomplishment of the major problems facing the sphere of culture of Altai Krai.
