Ottsetsky Alexander Evgenyevich is the director of the branch of RTRS "Siberian Regional Center".

Biography

Alexander was born on September 3, 1971 in the village of Galyonki of Primorsky Krai.

From 1988 to 1993 studied at the Novosibirsk electrotechnical institute of communication (now - SIBGUTI), faculty of a radio communication, broadcasting and television.

In 1993 began to work as the communications engineer of Novosibirsk ERTOS NAPO Base (Severny Airport), worked for 1994.

From 1994 to 1995 worked as the design engineer in joint venture Telezarya (JSC Italtel).

In 1995 and for 1996 – service in Russian Armed Forces.

From 1996 to 2006 worked as the communications engineer, the chief of production laboratory, the head of department of new technologies and marketing in branch RTRS "Siberian RTs".

In 2006 and for 2010 worked as the CEO of Sibir-Signal LLC.

From 2009 to 2010 studied in Novosibirsk State Technical University according to the Presidential program of management training, the Management direction.

In 2010 worked as the associate director of branch RTRS "Siberian RTs".

Since 2014 works as the director of the branch of RTRS "Siberian RTs".

For February 16, 2015 Alexander Evgenyevich Ottsetsky works as the director of the branch of RTRS "Siberian Regional Center".
