Before transition to electronic document management (e-document flow) specialists of "Transcapitalbank" checked correctness of a design of the received laid on TORG-12, brought information to the accounting system. Those delivery notes according to which the positive decision is made entered in the register. The supplier and the buyer had to sign it bank. Document transfer through the courier could take more than a week. At electronic document management, on a response of bank representatives, this process comes down to seven seconds.
