Digital Design implemented EDMS based on Docsvision in FTsPF

February 19, 2015. The Digital Design company announced project completion on system implementation of electronic document management (EDMS) based on the Docsvision platform in the Federal Center of Project Financing (FCPF). The solution provided to the customer transition from paper document flow to completely paperless. All staff of FTsPF is connected to work with a system.

Implementation of EDMS in FTsPF was caused by need of complex workflow automation, namely processes of creation, approval, registration and consideration of documents and also control of execution of the related instructions.

Within the project specialists of Digital Design analyzed the regulations of document flow existing in the company, and suggested to make a number of the corrections determining approval terms by internal documents for control in EDMS. Less than in two months, installation, setup and acceptance of a system was carried out to trial operation and also training of 70 employees of FTsPF who should work in EDMS is provided.

As Mikhail Demidov reported, the project manager from FTsPF — "Project implementation provided us with the effective instrument of control of performing discipline and will allow to achieve transparency of document flow due to preserving of information on the movement of documents in the company".

"It is our first project for FTsPF, however already now we discuss the prospect of further development of a system regarding business process optimization and implementation of mobile jobs for company management" — Sergey Greben, the project manager from Digital Design reported.
