The TTK rendered communication services to Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on the Pskov region

February 20, 2015. The TransTeleCom company reported^[1] on providing service "A non-charge call 8-800" to Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on the Pskov region.

Within the contract the Macroregional branch "Severo-Zapad" provided to the client multichannel number in format 8-800-775-XX-XX which is not tied to a certain address and does not require installation of the additional hardware. Outgoing calls from stationary and mobile phones from any point of Russia on 8-800 are free for the calling party.

"Our clients actively use service Non-charge call for the organization of work of call centers, reference services. On the Pskov region we cooperate with the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation since April of last year. Are glad that the client estimated the high level of our service and we hope for cooperation increase in the future", – Kirill Markov the associate director of Northwest branch TransTeleCom told.

"For last year the TTK proved to be qualitative and fair service provider. Thanks to the multichannel number provided by the Company we can always quickly consult the population of our area on any questions connected with activity of the Pension fund. Monthly on the uniform number organized by a TTK we receive about 500 calls", – Natalya Melnikova, the managing director of Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on the Pskov region commented.
