Description
Ural Key Company LLC is engaged in wholesale of locks, door accessories and hardware.
For customer service quality improvement, the company management made the decision to implement the CRM system. Stopped the choice on the 1C: CRM 8 PROF program which has a clear and user-friendly interface. As the partner in implementation TechnoLink company was selected.
During the project two configurations "1C: Trade Management 8" of edition 11 and "1C: CRM 8 PROF" are integrated, based on "1C: CRM 8 PROF" 26 jobs are automated.
As a result:
- time for accomplishment of routine transactions was reduced;
- process of management of sales became simpler;
- service rate, due to use of uniform information base with complete history on clients and quick search of the necessary information increased.
The Following Tasks Were Performed:
- Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
- Sale of the selected software products
- Delivery of software products in office of the customer
