In October, 2012 in Bosco group the project on system implementation First Form came to the end.

Project Tasks

Due to the expansion of business by 2008 in Bosco Management company there was a question of business process automation, implementation of an information system for management of the organization.

The following project objectives were formulated:

  • Increase in transparency of work of all structural divisions;
  • Possibility of operating control of any processes in the companies, control of execution of instructions;
  • Increase in speed of implementation of business processes, such, as

passing of requests, orders, approvals and agreements;

  • Creation of the information system providing a basis for acceptance

management decisions.

Project Progress

Implementation was carried out in two steps. At the first stage of the project the solution "The First Form" was applied to control automation of IT. At the second stage "The First Form" it was implemented in work of Bosco group. Setup of a system was performed by forces of the company. Adaptation of employees to work took place in a system within a month.

Implementation Results

According to the results of the project in Bosco di Ciliegi in The First Form system more than 700 people work. For operating time of a system more than 40,000 tasks were set, 10,000 documents are stored, the extent of base exceeded 50 GB.

Based on system operation within four months problems of business process automation of management of IT were successfully solved (more than 40 business processes of varying complexity).

The transparency of work of staff of management increased that in turn led to increase in responsibility of employees for the performed works and also in communication with users. Time of implementation of routine transactions decreased by 60%. Control of loading of employees allowed to optimize work of management, labor productivity increased by 30%. The quantity of conflict situations was considerably reduced.

Using First Form such problems as are solved:

  • Preparation and approval of agreements;
  • Acceptance, adaptation of employees, control of their loading;
  • Operational management of divisions;
  • Opening of new shops;
  • Job evaluation of divisions;
  • Control of different types of requests and instructions.

Thanks to First Form we received the effective instrument of optimization of work and interaction of different divisions of group. Increased quality of work actually of management of IT as the customer has an opportunity not only to take over or not to take over work, but also to estimate quality of its accomplishment. This assessment, in turn, serves as a subject of the analysis of problems and base for acceptance of management decisions — Alexey Frolov, the associate director of Management of IT of Bosco di Ciliegi company summed up the project results.
