East European university of economy and management (Lang Service: Docs.UA) Training program

October 23, 2015. The Lan Servis company reported^[1] about the beginning of implementation to higher education institutions of Ukraine (schools, Institutes of advanced training, preschool institutions) DOCS.UA electronic document management system. It will help to increase "managerial literacy" and to improve the organization of educational process.

Project Progress

The project includes three stages:

• Installation of the DOCS.UA system for accounting in higher education institution and optimization of the organization of educational process.
• Occupations according to "The management theory the DOCS.UA system" for advanced training of staff of educational institution.
• Updating of the training program of school and university students, receiving for them new practical experience. A predegree and work practice invitation of the best students in Lan Servis for participation in real projects.

The project will be expected a year. The electronic document management system will be during this time installed and also training in three main directions will be provided: "Introductory rate", "Use of opportunities of the basic modules DOCS.UA", "Administration and setup of the DOCS.UA system". In each educational institution there will be a specialist who will undergo certification and will receive the status of the certified administrator.

Each higher education institution will be able to include in the training rates on studying of the DOCS.UA system. And also to receive methodical literature and to use services of the certified specialists of our company.

"Lan Servis" will provide to educational institutions the System of the version of Standart which includes:

• Server license of a system.
• Client license "Basic Modules".
• Client license Office.
• Client license "Management of Meetings".
• Client license "Interaction Management with Clients".
• Client license "Contract management".

The similar project was already implemented at "The East European university of economy and management" and the National space university "Kharkiv Aviation Institute".
