The Mobile TeleSystems company (MTS) announced a victory in tenders for communication services provision to government institutions of regions of the Volga region in 2015. In the current year MTS will provide with communication services more than 40 thousand employees of public sector in the Volga region.

Among the state institutions of the Volga region which selected MTS as the operator of mobile and fixed connection according to the results of tenders, the largest City administration of Nizhny Novgorod, the Ministry of Health of the Orenburg region, Department of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation across the Republic of Bashkortostan, Administration of the Government of the Kirov region, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation in the Samara region, Administration of the Head and Government of the Udmurt Republic, the Ministry of Economics of the Udmurt Republic, the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the Republic of Mari El, the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation across the Republic of Bashkortostan and others.

During tendering process service quality, covering geography, the general price policy of operators were compared. MTS offered the most attractive cost of services at the high level of service, individual approach and a set of additional services, including high-speed data transmission.
