In June, 2012 in Ramfud Group the implementation project of The First Form system came to the end.

Project Tasks

Need of transition to automated management for KG Ramfud was caused by the natural growth and development of the company. Increase in efficiency and speed of management due to workflow automation, process of approvals and control of execution of instructions was one of priorities which was supposed to be solved using The First Form system.

Project Progress

Implementation of First Form in the company took place in May, 2012. One of the first started process of release of agreements (buyers/suppliers): all reconciliation procedures are put, control points are placed. For last year more than 1000 agreements with suppliers and buyers were placed, from them 60% underwent the complete procedure of release through First Form.

Implementation Results

With implementation of First Form approval time was reduced, an accurate framework was designated, the electronic archive of agreements in the directions is created.

In a system about 300 employees work. A system is actively used by legal department, engineering, financial, marketing and IT departments, department of internal control, treasury, security services and a mat. providing. In a system requests for providing transport, purchases, repair and equipment maintenance are implemented. In First Form price committees are carried out, monitorings of the prices and assortment lists for sales representatives are placed, work plans are kept, the internal regulating documents are approved and affirm. The company got rid of the large volume of paper document flow, communication between the staff of different departments became simpler. Implementation of the block of production and trade departments for a design and approval of release of a new product, making changes in existing, removal from production, etc. and also implementation of the project block on opening of new brand stores is planned to implementation.
