Khimki Group is engaged both in implementation of own developer projects, and construction and development of a real estate on the sections belonging to other owners. Khimki Group plans construction of the real estate in the territory of Moskvy, Nova Moskvy and Moscow area.
The management system First Form was selected by the customer thanks to customizability of routes, ease of administration and ability to integrate with internal systems. Within the project approval of agreements, primary documentation, work with the entering and outgoing documents, transfer of documentation between remote offices was automated. Development of unique routes of approval for each agreement type became key feature of the solution.
Workflow automation simplified daily work of employees. The archive of old agreements is transferred to the uniform storage of documents synchronized with the accounting system of 1C. After approval documents automatically get to the general agreement base, are checked and transferred to 1C. The integration mechanism with 1C excludes duplication of information and need of its institution for the different systems. "The first Form" provides quick entry and data retrieval, reduces runtime of routine transactions and provides the centralized storage of complete history of customer relations and partners.
The second stage transferred project activity of the company to First Form and also automated work of sales offices of the company.
